GARDEN FRESH CREAM CHEESE BRUSCHETTA

This homemade recipe is absolutely DELICIOUS! Fresh out of the garden is BEST! Use fresh homemade sourdough too if you can!

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Salt & pepper

Sourdough Bread...or any kind of bread you like

NOTE: This recipe is extremely adaptable! Change the ingredients around however you like! You can omit something or change it to something else you prefer!

DIRECTIONS

  1. This is a D0-It-Yourself recipe! Basically, gather all your vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers...my suggestions are above!!
  2. Rinse everything, then CHOP into bite size pieces!
  3. Make your sauce by adding a good amount of sour cream to a bowl and then flavoring it with a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of vinegar TO TASTE! This is up to you!
  4. Pour this mixture over your chopped vegetables & herbs & stir well.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper!
  6. Toast some sourdough bread (hopefully it's homemade) and spread a generous amount of cream cheese on top!
  7. Pour your vegetable & herb mixture over your cream cheese toast & ENJOY!
